Project West

Accessibility

Accessible to every family

We want everyone who uses Project West — children, parents, carers and professionals — to be able to access our service and our information easily.

Our commitment

Project West is committed to making our centre, our website and our communications accessible to people of all abilities. We continually review and improve how we work so that no one is excluded from the support they need.

Information in alternative formats

If you need any of our information in another format — including large print, easy read, BSL, audio, or another language — please get in touch and we'll do our best to provide it.

Font size & contrast

This site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. You can adjust the text size using your browser's zoom controls (Ctrl/Cmd and + or –), and the design has been tested for sufficient colour contrast.

Need support accessing our service?

If you have specific access needs — physical, sensory, communication or other — please tell us. We'll work with you to make sure Family Time at Project West works for your family.
