How to refer a family
We accept referrals from Local Authorities, Solicitors, Barristers, Parents, CAFCASS and other professionals.

You can refer using our online form below, or download and email a referral form to our team.
What information we need
- Names and dates of birth of the children
- Names and contact details of both parents
- Type of contact requested (Supported, Observed, Handover, Community)
- Any court orders or relevant legal documents
- Safeguarding concerns and risk information
- Preferred days, times and any access needs
Typical timescales
Once we receive a complete referral, we aim to respond within two working days. Pre-visits and paperwork usually take a further one to two weeks, with first sessions typically beginning within 2–3 weeks.
Fees and funding
Fees vary by service. We work with local authority funding, legal aid arrangements and self-funding families. Please contact us for our current rate card and funding options.
