Opening Hours & Fees
Project West is committed to providing clear and transparent information about its charges. The downloadable Fees & Charges Schedule is the official pricing document and should be referred to for the current approved rates.
Opening Hours
Monday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
Except Tuesdays, which are reserved for internal administration and are closed to the public.
Closed:
Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Fees and Charges
Our current Fees and Charges Schedule explains the charges for Family Time, Family Time Assessments, Family Support, Mentoring, Family Time Handovers, Indirect Family Time, Virtual Family Time, reports, consultations and associated professional services.
Referral Administration and Mandatory Pre Visit Meetings
Before services commence, every new referral is subject to a Referral Administration and Mandatory Pre Visit Meeting process. Professional work begins immediately following acceptance of the referral and includes case administration, review of documentation, liaison with professionals, safeguarding considerations, scheduling and preparation for service delivery.

Payment Information
- Payment must be made in accordance with the current Fees and Charges Schedule.
- A deposit equivalent to one Family Time session is required before the first session is confirmed.
- Payment is due at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will be charged in accordance with Project West's Terms and Conditions.
- Bank Holiday appointments are charged at double the standard rate.
- Fees are reviewed annually.
- Project West is not VAT registered.
