Service Users' Guide
Our Service Users' Guide explains how Project West's Family Time services operate and what service users can expect before, during and after sessions. It includes information about preparing for Family Time, arrival and departure arrangements, food and items for children, mobile phones, photographs, recordings, children's safety and wellbeing, Supervised Community Family Time, behaviour during sessions and how to raise questions with a Coordinator.
Food and items for children
For the first Family Time session, the resident parent or carer is responsible for providing the child's required items, including food, drinks, nappies, wipes, medication or comfort items where appropriate. From the second session onwards, these items should be provided by the person having Family Time unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
